Warranty Period: Unless otherwise specified on the product, all products have 1 Year limited warranty from date of purchase. The warranty will commence on the first customer purchase date and is applicable only to products originally purchased from dealers. Your dated sales or delivery receipt is your proof of the purchase date.
Limited Warranty: Universal Tech warrants that the product that you have purchased from Universal Tech are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase. Your dated sales or delivery receipt showing the date of purchase is your proof of purchase date.
Exclusions: Universal Tech does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Universal Tech is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of your failure to follow the instructions intended for the product. This Limited Warranty does not apply to product from which the serial number has been removed, or that has been damaged as a result of The Limited Warranty does not extend to any product with serial number removed or tampered, or any product that has been damaged or defective due to
- Transportation
- Accident, misuse, abuse, water, fire, lightning or other acts of nature
- Improper or inadequate site maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Software not supplied by Universal Tech.
Ensure that your data is backed up periodically. Universal Tech is not responsible for damage or loss of data, and is not responsible for recovery of programs or data other than the software supplied by Universal Tech when the product is manufactured.
Limitation of Liability: If your product fails to work as warranted above, Universal Tech’s maximum liability under this limited warranty is limited to the price paid for the product. Universal Tech reserves the right to revise or update the product, software and documentation without notice. |
